Maris Subsea requires a Surveyor with previous Party Chief-level experience and working knowledge of Eiva for a Client contract, onshore office-based in the Netherlands. Scope of work is supporting Survey operations from the office location. Will be required to work face to face with the Main Client, supporting the Survey Package Manager with the writing and QC’ing of reports and procedures. Good working knowledge of Eiva software suites and some understanding of processing and charting required. Experience at Party Chief or Senior Surveyor level may be advantageous. Maris Subsea requires 2 x Electrical Technicians with previous experience of hyperbaric welding habitats for a Client contract, inshore and vessel-based in UK waters before moving to Egypt. Scope of work is Electrical Technicians to join a team of 4 personnel, comprising 2 Mechanical and 2 Electrical Technicians. Personnel would be required to check over the equipment and trial it at the Hyperbaric Centre in May before installation onboard vessel and subsequent mobilisation to Egypt. Maris Subsea requires an ROV Support Engineer with sound technical (Sub Engineer) experience of multiple ROV systems for a Client contract, shore-based Aberdeen, UK. Reporting to the ROV & Equipment Manager, the ROV Support Engineer is expected to ensure that all planned maintenance on ROV systems takes place in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance cycles to guarantee conformity with technical, economic and QHSE standards. Duties will include but are not limited to; • Receiving Offshore Materials Requisitions and assisting with expedition of such as required. • Provide assistance in the sourcing of ROV parts and consumables, providing clarification on parts requirements as needed. • Organisation and implementation of any Approved Modification(s) to ROV Systems, ensuring that all changes are fully documented and included in the relevant manual as per Quality Procedures. • Create specifications for purchase of new ROV equipment • Assisting with the provision of statistical data on ROV reliability • Monitor Maintenance Logs, collation of information for analysis, MTBF etc. • Providing assistance in monitoring cost of ROV repair and maintenance including cost sheets • Monitor receipt of ROV technical reports • Conduct Audits on ROV Systems, including checking related inventory • Refurbishment of ROV equipment • Source suitable suppliers of ROV spares and equipment • Prepare Operational Procedures relevant to ROV Operations on vessels and assist Divisional Project Engineers in preparing these for Projects • Receipt of Project Materials Requisitions and assisting with expedition of such as required. Maris Subsea requires a Senior Data Processor with sound experience of MBES & GIS for a Client contract. This position is offered on a staff contract therefore location is variable depending on requirements. Scope of work is a Senior Data Processor to join our client’s Survey Department. Actual scope is variable dependent upon client’s requirements and contracts. You will be expected to provide leadership and technical guidance to the Data Processing team and support the Party Chief/Reports Coordinator. Duties will include (but are not limited to) those of a Data Processor plus the following; Management of Data Processing tasks Preparation and checking of Project databases and background files, including updating and monitoring to ensure current version is in use. Adherence to QC procedures both personally and across team Ensuring digital and physical survey data is stored correctly, including backups if required, in accordance with outlined procedures. Ensuring the correct implementation of Project geodetic parameters in processing and charting routines. Liaison with the Party Chief and/or Reports Coordinator and maintenance of processing logs to provide an assessment of progress and to highlight potential problems as early as possible, including the need for re-runs. Liaison with the office based Survey Coordinator (Data). Maintaining sufficient records to enable audits of survey data to take place at all stages. End of Project reporting, detailing all problems encountered and solutions found. Producing training schedules for Trainee Data Processors when onboard to ensure they receive varied and balanced training.
