Due to expansion in 2008, Subocean are currently recruiting English-speaking personnel for on-going requirements in the UK, Europe and worldwide. We are looking for qualified applicants only and candidates must hold valid offshore certification. This is to service both our Internal project requirements and for supply to our esteemed client base: Subocean Ltd offer employees excellent day rates with competitive service and conditions. PAY Personnel are on full pay and full expenses from door to door Payroll is on time and accurate - every time Subocean Personnel are on contract via Subocean Cyprus and this allows for tax free work for UK based employees when working overseas Options are given with regards to PAYE or LTD or Schedule D employment Certain Senior disciplines have their own set promotional structure which pay incremental higher rates as your years of experience grow and we can offer SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY regular personnel salary contracts rather than day rate, at a certain level. (These come with further interesting benefits) TERMS AND CONDITIONS Flights are paid for in advance and arranged by Subocean. Accommodation, rail fares are also arranged and paid for where possible. We will not pressure you to go offshore on a particular assignment or stay offshore longer than originally agreed. (Subocean will not allow the client to apply pressure on these aspects either) We promise to always remain 100% honest with our personnel regarding start dates and any 'mob delay' problems we are aware of. (We do not keep our personnel on standby unnecessarily) ONSHORE SUPPORT · In-house Human Resources (CIPD) and Management Support Team · Resident Offshore Managers · In-house Travel/Logistics and Out of Hours Support Team: We have a reliable emergency on-call service and our onshore teams are all experienced Sub Sea Industry professionals who have a vast knowledge of international travel and logistics. Great care is taken when arranging travel and we ensure our personnel receive accurate Information relating to the safety of the travel destination, agent Information, visa and inoculation details prior to travel. (We go the extra mile to ensure this beats the Industry norm) · Experienced international travel/logistics support including visas, vaccinations, healthcare advice, PPE, Certification etc · External travel support from ATPI International · Qualification wise, Subocean Personnel are supported with the correct study material and we assist with arranging IMCA application & examinations. For Info, we have successfully assisted many personnel through these exams and have close contact with IMCA. We have a reliable emergency on-call service and our onshore teams are all experienced Sub Sea Industry professionals who have a vast knowledge of international travel and logistics. Great care is taken when arranging travel and we ensure our personnel receive accurate Information relating to the safety of the travel destination, agent Information, visa and inoculation details prior to travel.
